Job summary

CVS Group UK is seeking a Veterinary Surgeon to join our Bridge Vets site in Wroxham. The role is full time (40 hours) and onsite, with a competitive salary up to £60,000 depending on experience.

You will provide high-quality small animal care, lead surgical and medical cases, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused team. RCVS registration is essential, with generous CPD and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Registered with the RCVS and eligible for VDS registration.
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in small animal veterinary practice.
  • Confident lead on surgical and medical cases with diagnostic aptitude.

Responsibilities

  • Perform primary care OOH consultations and hospital duties.
  • Lead and support a varied caseload across medical and surgical cases.
  • Mentor and collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of care.

This position would suit an experienced small animal vet, preferably with a minimum of 2+ years' experience. The role involves primary care OOH consultations, receiving member practice case transfers, inpatient care, medical work ups and surgery. A strong medical knowledge is required and experience in routine and emergency surgery. You will possess good communication skills and have a passion to deliver excellent care and client service.
