Veterinary Surgeon – Independent Practice | Brand-New Site | Up to £65K

We’re working with a fast-growing, independent group that’s just about to open the doors to their brand-new, state-of-the-art clinic. They’re now looking to welcome a dynamic, pet-and-people-focused Veterinary Surgeon to join them on this exciting new chapter.

You’d be working alongside a hugely experienced Clinic Director and an initial team of 2 RVNs and 2 Care Coordinators – with clear plans for team expansion as the practice grows.

The Role

• 4-day week (8:45am – 7:00pm)

• 1 in 2 Saturday mornings (8:30am – 1:00pm) — expected to reduce as more vets join

• No out-of-hours work

• 15-minute consults with daily admin time

• A mix of consulting and surgical time each day

• Fear-Free approach and training provided

The Package

• Salary between £50,000–£65,000 depending on experience

• 5 weeks holiday + bank holidays (Good Friday worked, but a day in lieu given)

• £1000 CPD allowance with support toward certificates
