Small Animal Vet - Cedar Veterinary Group

Cedar Veterinary Group are a fun, friendly and thoughtful veterinary team looking for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon with over 2 years experience to come and join us! This is a maternity cover role starting August 2025.

Based in leafy Hampshire, with both the New Forest & Jurassic Coast on our doorstep, we are a 2 site veterinary group, including a veterinary hospital and we have our own dedicated out of hours team working nights and contributing to the weekend rota with our day team.

We are a dedicated team of 8.5 FTE Vets (including a vet with an Opthalmology Cert), 7 FTE RVN's (HVN has diploma in surgical nursing & ISFM cert in feline nursing), 1 trainee nurse & 2 PCA's, alongside our amazing team of support staff. We also have a visiting cardiologist & surgeon who join our practice every 2 weeks. Thanks to our amazing people, we can also proudly say we are an RCVS accredited hospital, have 'outstanding' client service accreditation & ISFM gold standard!

Our recent Vet locum said 'Your staff are fantastic, everyone was so easy to get on with. I have LOVED it. Honestly. Friday was great and the team is brilliant. '
