Job description

Due to new client growth we are seeking an experienced small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Nuneaton! If you are you looking for a progressive practice with a supportive client-base, and well-established caseloads this could be the role for you.

You will be working alongside a friendly, ambitious, experienced team in our purpose built, well equipped practice enabling us to support you with further career development. The practice benefits from separate dog and cat wards, large theatre with laparoscopic equipment, designated X-ray room, dental suite with its own X-ray facilities, and much more. We are proud to be able to provide you with working conditions that just make sense! We are proud to run 20 minute consultation slots with catch up and admin time built into your working day.

You will be part of a bigger group of 5 practices consisting of 35 FTE Vets with multiple certificate holders providing the opportunity for clinical progression and to see your cases through from start to finish.

We are able to offer a flexible consistent rota with no OOH or Sundays. Our full time rota offers a 4 day week 8:00 am - 18:30 with a 1 in 3 Saturday 9:00 - 17:00 plus a day given back in Lieu when you work a Saturday. With full and part time opportunities available we are able to work with you to find a work pattern that's the perfect fit for a work life balance.

Your wellbeing is just as important to us as it is to you. We are pleased to say we have our very own practice mental health first aider and wellbeing champion. Our practice is also part of the CVS refresh scheme treating us inside and outside of work.
