We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Riverside Vets in Edinburgh.

Offering a competitive salary of up to GBP60k (depending on experience), along with a comprehensive benefits package, this full-time, permanent position offers 40 hours per week, spread over four days.

The role

We are looking for a passionate vet to join our team, especially one with a bias towards medicine. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative environment where our vets discuss cases and work together on clinical and quality improvements. With top-level equipment and a strong nursing team, we are committed to providing exceptional care.

Our advanced clinical skills network team works alongside us, with a focus on rehabilitation. You'll manage your own patients in-house, supported by a dedicated overnight Registered Veterinary Nurse and inpatient vet. While a certificate holder would be ideal, we support further certificate work to help develop your skills.

Salary and Hours:

Salary up to GBP60,000 depending on experience, plus benefits. This full-time role involves working 40 hours over 4 days, with one set day off weekly, 1 in 3 Saturdays, and one late inpatient shift.

Practice hours are Monday to Friday 08:30-18:30 and Saturdays 08:30-16:30.
