The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a modern, purpose-built independent practice in Lincoln.

The Team & Clinical Environment

• You will be joining a supportive and experienced team, including:
• Experienced veterinary leadership providing guidance and support
• A highly skilled nursing team with strong Schedule 3 capabilities
• RVNs supporting nurse clinics, diagnostics, dentistry, imaging and surgical procedures
• Dedicated client care and support colleagues
• Access to wider clinical expertise across the independent group, including support in areas such as surgery, ophthalmology, imaging, internal medicine and cardiology

The Rota

• 39-hour working week over a 4-day working week
• 1 in 4 weekend rota
• 30-minute lunch break each shift plus 1 hour of dedicated admin time

What We're Looking For

• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
• Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding patient and client care
• A team-focused individual who enjoys collaboration and sharing knowledge
• Ideally someone with a particular area of clinical interest they would like to develop further
