We have a large team with many areas of expertise, such as imaging, internal medicine, ophthalmology and surgery, available to deliver high-quality client and patient care. St Clair Vets are a busy Primary Care, small animal practice, RCVS accredited, with 2 branch surgeries. We are working closely with our in- House Ophthalmology referral vets at Vet Vision, who are based at the Kirkcaldy veterinary centre. Our practice has long history in caring for pets in our community and we pride ourselves on providing the absolute best care and service for our pets and their owners.
As an Associate at St Clair Vet, you will be joining a friendly and enthusiastic, large, team of vets across our sites. Across the group we also have an experienced nursing team (including certificate holders in ECC and Exotics) & a wonderful client care team who support us daily.
Here at St Clair Vet, we offer fantastic ophthalmology referral, and orthopaedic surgery and medicine services, but we equally champion our primary care vets, and the fantastic service we offer for routine and first opinion caseloads. As a team, we often discuss clinical cases and have monthly team meetings to share knowledge and communications. It is important to us that each team member has a voice and is heard. We work closely with VSS, a local referral centre, who support us with additional in-house CPD events and with advice with more difficult cases.
Our variety of experience levels means that we have been able to offer a fantastic new graduate programme that offers great support. We are a nurse training practice and work closely with local universities & training colleges too. We, therefore, have plenty of opportunities for mentoring if this is something you enjoy. In your spare time, there is a lot to enjoy locally.
