Do you want to join a growing practice that you can really help shape and take to even greater heights paying up to £65,000 (FTE, DOE)
We are a genuinely friendly, inclusive, and supportive bunch who take pride in maintaining a warm, professional atmosphere. While established, the practice offers plenty of scope for someone to shape current practices, streamline workflows and drive clinical excellence, leading to improved patient outcomes.
We are a traditional small animal practice with fantastic potential to grow, but don’t be deceived we are still busy and have amazing loyal patients that offer a different reason to smile every day! We also like to support our colleague’s development, and this is shown with one of our vets recently completing their ultrasonography certificate.
Work alongside a supportive team of professionals including our Practice Manager Nurse, a HRVN, 3 RVNs, and our 3 receptionists, forming a collaborative and friendly work environment.
Enjoy a well-balanced work life with negotiable hours, full or part-time options, a 1:4 Saturday morning rota from 8am to 1:30pm with no OOH or Sunday work required.
However, your wellbeing matters to us, and we are open to flexible working for the right candidate. Whether you’re looking to adjust your hours for childcare, further study, or simply better balance — we’re happy to chat and make it work.
Rest assured, there are no late nights or out of hours at Droitwich Vets for Pets! Our practice closes at 6:00pm, allowing for a life outside of practice for our dedicated team.
Along with a competitive salary up to £65,000 (DOE, FTE) we also offer great benefits such as:
