Role Description
This is a flexible mixed position tailored to your interests—either an even 50:50 split or predominantly small animal. You will work with both first and second opinion cases, handling a varied caseload that includes high-level medicine, orthopaedics, and farm consultancy services. There are clear career progression pathways available, including the opportunity to take on leadership roles, which come with enhanced remuneration.
Team Size
You will join a structured and supportive team working across multiple sites. The team includes experienced clinicians in both small and farm animal disciplines, fostering a collaborative and development-focused environment.
Practice Details
The practice spans five small animal sites and offers a strong caseload in medicine, soft tissue, and orthopaedics. The farm team focuses on consultancy, herd health, and fertility management. The practice is well-equipped with facilities including an ultrasound scanner, endoscopy, digital x-ray, and in-house laboratory. A strong CPD culture and family-feel team structure underpin the supportive working environment.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a vet seeking a dynamic role in a supportive and structured team. They will be passionate about progressing clinically, with ambitions to develop skills such as cruciate surgery or herd health leadership.
