Here at Leonard Brothers, we are seeking a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis.

Your responsibilities will include general reception duties, handling enquiries, answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing, and supporting our vaccination and preventative care initiatives. About the rota

The role involves supporting and covering our Saturday clinic for 4 hours and a weekday shift of 8 hours (between 08:30-18:30), to be negotiated at the interview.

Leonard Brothers Veterinary Centres is an established three-branch small animal veterinary practice with an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join our Whitchurch team.

Our Whitchurch location features a new, large, well-equipped building that fosters a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. We have onsite parking and are conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and local village. Our supportive team includes 6 Veterinary Surgeons, 8 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 2 Student Nurses, and 5 experienced receptionists and administrators.

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care through experienced vets and nurses, including certificate holders in surgery, medicine, cardiology, and emergency care. Our team is friendly, collaborative, and full of personality, providing a supportive environment for skill development.
