Role Overview

1. First Point of Contact: Greet clients, answer calls, book appointments, and handle financial transactions during emergency situations, either in person or via phone.
2. Administration: Manage clinic administrative duties accurately and update veterinary staff about patients enroute or clients needing assistance.
3. Client Support: Provide friendly and reassuring support and information to clients.

Rota Pattern

Week 1: Monday 7pm – 11pm, Saturday 12pm – 11pm, Sunday 2pm – 11pm

Week 2: Tuesday 7pm – 11pm, Friday 7pm – 11pm

Plus, a fair share of bank holidays.
