Are you an experienced Veterinary Receptionist looking for a new challenge? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join the team at Alsager Vets for Pets!

This is a Part Time role working Monday and Friday each week from 8:30am to 7pm. The role also includes working 1 in 6 Saturday mornings from 9am to 12pm. We’re seeking someone with previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team.

About Us

The practice is a standalone surgery on the main street in Alsager, light and spacious, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. It is run locally by Carl (RVN), who qualified in 1995 and has extensive experience in animal care, with interests in wound management, radiography, and surgical procedures.

What your typical day will look like

Your focus is to provide exceptional service to clients and the best care for their pets, acting as a link between clients and the clinical team. Building strong relationships with clients, their pets, and the practice team will be key to your success.

Your excellent client service will ensure client satisfaction and encourage them to look forward to their next visit. You will greet clients, offer support and guidance, manage payments, and handle bookings confidently using our online system, so computer literacy is essential.
