If you enjoy providing great service and working in a team, we have just the opportunity for you at our Rawtenstall Practice.

What your typical day will look like:

  1. Your focus is to provide an exceptional service to our clients and the best care possible to their pets - providing a link between clients and the clinical team.
  2. Your ability to build strong relationships with our clients, their pets, and the practice team will be critical to your success.
  3. Your great client service during a client’s visit will ensure their absolute satisfaction, leaving them confident in the care their pets receive and eager for their next visit.
  4. You will greet each client, offering support, guidance, and expertise, while managing payments and future bookings confidently.
  5. Coordinating the smooth running of the day-to-day routines of the practice using our online booking system, so computer literacy is essential.

This is a Fixed Term for 11 Months Maternity role working 40 hours per week, with shift patterns of:

  • 8.30am-4.30pm / 11.30am-7.30pm (8-hour shifts, 5 days)
  • 8.30am-6.30pm / 9.30am-7.30pm (10-hour shifts over 4 days)

  • You are the friendly and welcoming face for clients and their pets when they arrive at the practice.
  • You can provide guidance by keeping yourself fully up-to-date with the practice services and any additional offerings.
  • You are calm, attentive, and always focused on clients’ needs.
  • You bring enthusiasm and drive to your role, with a passion for service and love of pets.
  • You can handle various situations, from comforting clients with bad news to sharing in the joy of a pet’s first vet visit.
  • Your personality is infectious, contributing to a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the practice.
