We are hiring!

Here at Millburn Vets, we are looking for a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist to join our fantastic team! You will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a warm personal welcome in the clinic and over the phone, managing appointments, handling payments, and supporting our clinical team.

Our ideal candidate has previous experience in a veterinary or medical environment, which is helpful but not essential as training will be provided. If you are a team player with a genuine passion for helping people and their pets, we'd love to hear from you. The ideal candidate will have: excellent client care and communication skills, good computer and organisational skills, a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast paced environment, empathy and understanding towards clients and their pets.

Rota: This is a full-time role working mainly week days between 8:00am-7:00pm with the occasional Saturday from 8:00am-1:00pm to cover holidays or illness.
