Overview

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Veterinary receptionist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience working in a veterinary environment to join our team on a temporary basis to cover leave.

Our ideal person is someone with good customer service skills as they will be the first point of contact with our clients.

The position is very varied therefore we require someone who works well under pressure, has great organisation and time management skills.

The Role

The Role Will Include, But Is Not Limited To

  • Greeting customers
  • Answering telephones
  • Taking payments
  • Updating records
  • Dealing with emails/reports
  • Keeping up to date with our Pet health Club sign-ups, cancellations, and yearly renewals.
  • Scheduling shifts and diary amendments
  • Maintaining the reception area

Your shift pattern

The role will be a minimum of 30hrs a week on a rota of varying shifts, including a 1:3 Saturday morning 8:30 am - 12:30 pm.
