Are you passionate about animals and love providing excellent customer service? We're looking for a friendly, proactive Receptionist to join our busy, three-site veterinary clinic. This full-time role also includes some Animal care Assistant responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to be involved in both client-facing and hands-on animal care duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing appointments, phone calls, and administrative tasks
  • Supporting the veterinary team with basic animal care and handling
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception and clinical environment
  • Assisting with general clinic duties

  • Your shift pattern

    This is a full-time role working across our three sites, covering 40 hours per week across 5 days, with 1:4 Saturday mornings.
