Are you looking for a new role in the Chiswick area? Our thriving and popular Grove Park Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join their elite and independent team. This is a one of a kind opportunity for a proactive and highly detail orientated Veterinary Receptionist, who really cares about patients, clients and offering the very highest levels of customer service. The role suits a Receptionist who takes pride in delivering the ultimate client experience with a network of excellent Vets, Nurses, and Support teams. The role is 5 days a week over 40 hours with a share of 1:3 weekends, to enhance an already happy and committed team. To be considered you should be an Experienced Receptionist with a background ideally in Veterinary Reception, or someone with lots of Administration and Customer Service experience in a customer facing role - and you definitely need to love animals! Contribute your own greatness to our immense team.

Our Beautiful Surgery Is Located In Chiswick And Is Ideally Located With Plenty Of Transport Links (both Bus And Train) Nearby. We Are Part Of An Independent Group Of Surgeries In Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Oxford, Lincolnshire, And London.

Your Day To Day

• Answering the phone and booking appointments in a friendly, efficient and caring manner
• Going above & beyond for our clients - make them feel like the most important pet in the world!
• Helping direct clients to the clinic
• Content creation - creating engaging posts for our social media
• Answering emails and enquiries
• Ensuring Facebook messages are responded to
• Scanning documents to patients files
• Taking payment at time of treatment
• Advising clients of our Healthcare plan
• Processing / logging Insurance Claims
• Administration of our 0% finance for those in need of help with cost
