We are looking to recruit a Registered Vet Nurse to join the team at a first opinion small animal veterinary practice in the Reading area of Berkshire

Role:

• full time opportunity includes 1 in 5 Saturdays on a rota and no Sundays and no OOH.
• practice has state-of-the-art equipment including; dental x-ray, ultrasound, internal lab facilities, tonometer, slit lamps, and more
• interesting and varied caseload including some more complex soft tissue, orthopaedic and ophthalmic surgeries and some rabbits and small furries.
• role provides an interesting and varied mix of duties including; kennel shifts, theatre shifts, prep shifts and broad spectrum of consultations; weight checks, medication administration, post-operative assessments etc.
• ideally you will already have good nursing experience and be looking to further develop and enjoy working as part of a team.
• Generous CPD funding and paid RCVS, BVNA, VDS
• well located with on site parking and easy access to M4 motorway, surrounded by countryside and close enough to enjoy the city life of London.

Salary package:

• Salary to £32,000.00 per annum to reflect your experience
