Job description

Are you a qualified RVN with a passion for mentoring and teaching? Have you been a clinical coach/assessor and have enjoyed watching the student grow? If you have always had an interest in teaching, then this is the job for you!

CVTC is an approved VetSkill Veterinary Nurse Centre with three Centres based in Chester, Dereham and Harrogate, offering the Level 3 Diploma in Veterinary Nursing, Level 2 Animal Care Assistant and Level 5 Advanced Veterinary Nursing courses.

We are looking for a tutor for our Harrogate centre in North Yorkshire for a minimum of 2 days per week. The candidate will need to be a RVN who is self-motivated with exceptional organisation and communication skills and a desire for teaching and training the next generation of nurses. Teaching experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided, the candidate will be expected to complete a teaching qualification for the role within the first 12 months.
