Job summary

PDSA Huyton in Liverpool is seeking a Veterinary Nurse Team Leader to join our friendly team. You will supervise a group of Veterinary Nurses and Veterinary Care Assistants, delivering high-quality, compassionate care across theatre, inpatient care and consults.

You will support the Head Nurse, coach colleagues, provide constructive feedback, and help embed Pet Wellbeing services. This role offers a chance to lead in a fast-paced, community-focused veterinary charity.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day workflow and consistently high standards.
• Coach others, provide feedback and set the tone for clinical excellence.
• Help embed Pet Wellbeing services; deputise for Head Nurse when needed.
