Key duties and responsibilities:

• Assist with surgeries and ensure the smooth running of surgery days
• Monitor anaesthetics and provide post-operative care
• Deliver high-quality nursing care to all patients
• Engage with clients to provide excellent customer service
• Work collaboratively with the veterinary team to achieve the best outcomes for pets

Skills and experience:

• Registered Veterinary Nurse with good general nursing experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Cheerful, down-to-earth, and enthusiastic
• Genuine interest in animal welfare
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) including 1 in 4 Saturdays with time off in lieu
• Flexibility to work shifts from 8.30 am – 4.30 pm or 11 am – 7 pm, with an option for 4 long days if preferred

In return, the role offers a competitive salary of up to £37,000 FTE, dependent on experience.
