Job summary

Purovets is working with a thriving independent small animal practice in North West London, inviting a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join the clinical team. The role offers a modern, purpose-built facility with theatre, consultations and inpatient care, plus opportunities to shape the nursing team and develop your clinical interests.

The successful RVN will work in a structured rotation and help develop nurse-led clinics while supporting student nurses and vet care assistants in a collaborative

Qualifications

• Must be an RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse.
• Confident in all aspects of general nursing duties.
• Comfortable with patient handling and restraint.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Team player with the confidence to work independently when required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through theatre, consultations and inpatient care to utilise your nursing skills.
• Assist in developing nurse-led clinics and contribute to training Student Veterinary Nurses and Veterinary Care Assistants.
• Play an active role in shaping the nursing team as the practice grows.
