Registered Veterinary Nurse – Leicestershire

Exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse within an expanding, independent Veterinary Centre – currently seeking hospital status through the RCVS practice standards scheme

Our client is looking for a confident individual who is keen to be involved in all aspects of small veterinary nursing, who can bring forward new ideas and motive their team members. The workload is varied, no two days will be the same! They are also keen to nurture their staff, and actively encourage and fund additional certificates within the team. As well as a generous CPD allowance, they also hold CPD days for the team regularly, helping to improve their standards continually.

The practice itself is located in the East Midlands, bordering Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire. Situated in the largest town in the area, this is really exciting opportunity to join this expanding independent practice!

Rota
Salary up to £31,000 DOE
Full-time position covering 4 days a week on an 8.30am-6.30pm shift pattern with PAID LUNCH BREAKS!
Rotation between inpatients, theatre and consulting roles
Varied caseload – small animals
No weeknights on call – participation in a 1:5 Saturday and Sunday day rota with equal share of bank holidays expected
