Job summary

Eastcott Referrals is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our Imaging team. This role offers the chance to develop diagnostic imaging skills in a specialist referral environment, working with experienced imaging professionals and veterinary specialists.

You will assist with radiography, CT and MRI, support patients, and contribute to a collaborative department committed to excellent patient care and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with digital radiography, CT and MRI procedures.

• Working closely with clinicians, radiologists and multidisciplinary teams across the hospital.
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the Imaging Department.
• Assisting with sedation and anaesthesia as required to support the hospital.

Eastcott Referrals is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated RVN to join our dedicated Imaging team. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who would like to develop their imaging skills and gain experience within a specialist referral environment, working alongside experienced imaging professionals and veterinary specialists. Our imaging modalities include digital radiography, CT and MRI, Fluoroscopy and Ultrasound providing exposure to a varied and interesting caseload. The Imaging Department consists of two Imaging Nurses, a Radiographer, three Radiologists and a Radiology Resident, creating a collaborative and supportive environment with excellent opportunities for learning and professional development., As an Imaging Nurse, you will play an important role in delivering a high-quality diagnostic imaging service.
