Job summary

PDSA Swansea is seeking a Qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly team. You’ll work across the hospital, participating in nurse consultations, inpatient care, dispensing medications and theatre assistance, including Schedule 3 surgery.

You’ll deliver high standards of nursing care, communicate clearly with clients and colleagues, and help maintain the smooth running of a busy, purpose-led environment at our Southampton/Swansea facility.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Veterinary Nurse with registration to the RCVS.
• Strong nursing care and clinical skills in a busy hospital setting.
• Confident in communicating with a wide range of colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities

• Nurse consultations, inpatient care and dispensing medications.
• Assisting in theatre, including Schedule 3 procedures.
• Support colleagues, lead by example and maintain high standards of care.
