A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a well-established and highly regarded RCVS-accredited practice located in the beautiful coastal town of Penzance, Cornwall. With over 130 years of trusted service, this practice has built strong relationships with generations of pet owners and continues to uphold a reputation for providing compassionate and high-quality veterinary care.

The Role

• Flexible contract options – permanent or maternity cover available
• Full-time or part-time hours considered – tailored to individual needs
• Standard full-time hours: 40 hours per week with a mix of shifts (8 am – 4:30 pm or 10 am – 6:30 pm)
• Saturday morning rota – max 1 in 4 with TOIL the following week
• No routine out-of-hours work!

The Team & Culture:

The small animal nursing team consists of 8 daytime nurses and 3 dedicated night nurses, ensuring continuous care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The practice fosters a friendly, positive, and supportive atmosphere, where the team is passionate about providing the best care possible while also making time for work socials and shared interests.
