Qualifications

Veterinary Nurse – Eggesford

Join a modern, purpose-built facility includes comprehensive surgical and x-ray suites, an in-house lab, and separate waiting areas and kennels for cats and dogs. Vets with specialist interest in exotic and wider farm animals too.

Rota & Working Hours:

  • Full-time (40 hours per week)

  • 1 in 3 Saturdays

  • No out-of-hours

  • Flexible shifts between 8am–6.30pm, Monday to Friday

Your Role:
As a key member of our close-knit team, you’ll provide a high standard of patient and client care across a wide range of clinical duties. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with surgical and diagnostic procedures

  • Administering anaesthesia and monitoring recovery

  • Performing in-house lab tests (biochem, haematology, cytology, etc.)

  • Supporting consults, house visits, and nurse clinics

  • Ensuring smooth operation of theatre, prep-room and patient areas
