Job summary

Elite Talent have been engaged by a leading veterinary group in Portsmouth to find a qualified Veterinary Nurse. You will deliver exceptional care to pets and clients, working alongside the Vet team and nursing colleagues in a busy clinic.

The role offers a flexible four-day week (average 37 hours), 28 days leave, RCVS fees covered, cycle scheme and regular development opportunities. You must be registered and committed to high standards of animal welfare.

My client offer high quality care with a full range of affordable small animal veterinary services to clients, operating a mixture of walk-in/appointments. They offer a range of clinical services from preventative healthcare through to complex medical, surgical and orthopaedic procedures.

The ideal Veterinary Nurse

• Will be enthusiastic with a genuine passion for providing a high quality service to patients and clients.
• You will be a key participant in the running of a dynamic and forward thinking clinic supporting the rest of the nursing team and working alongside the Vet team.
• You will be keen to continually improve your professional knowledge and experience
• Your communication skills will be excellent
