The clinic emphasizes compassion and teamwork, aiming for excellence in pet healthcare.
The role:
We’re seeking an ambitious, driven, and caring veterinary nurse with strong leadership skills to help develop our first Pickles practice into a world-class first opinion veterinary clinic. You will go the extra mile, drive change, and make a meaningful difference.
This is a permanent position within our clinical team with no out-of-hours requirements.
Your new clinic:
Our first location in Fulham, South West London, has been built from scratch, designed around our colleagues, clients, and pets, emphasizing the things that matter.
The state-of-the-art facilities include digital x-ray, in-house laboratory, ultrasound, dental suite with radiography, a large operating theatre, separate dog and cat wards, and dedicated welfare space for you and your team.
About us:
We are shaping the future of pet healthcare and delivering an outstanding pet owner experience through brand-new, purpose-built practices across London. We prioritize people, creating environments where vets and nurses have time to care, develop, and are empowered to go above and beyond.
Our aim is to make coming to work enjoyable again, rekindling the compassion that defines our profession. Patients will look forward to visiting us, and pet owners will receive exceptional service.
You will lead and develop a compassionate Pickles team striving for excellence. We embrace failures as learning opportunities and foster a supportive environment for growth.
Your experience:
We expect you to bring extensive experience, a commitment to high clinical standards, and excellent pet owner service. You should be confident in all aspects of general first opinion work and in supporting and developing your team’s skills. Comfort with operational management, team leadership, and commercial performance is essential.
Opportunities for management development will be available as we expand and evolve as a team.
