Location: High Wycombe

Large Modern Practice | True Caseload Variety | Exotic and Small Animal Exposure | Suitable for Junior or Experienced RVN's

An exciting opportunity to join a state-of-the-art team, working across first opinion, advanced procedures, and out-of-hours care.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time role with a 1 in 4 full weekend rota and 1 in 10 days out-of-hours — offering the perfect mix of daytime casework and the professional challenge of emergency and critical care.

Whether you’re a recent graduate looking for excellent mentorship or an experienced RVN seeking a new challenge, you’ll have access to a diverse caseload, advanced facilities, and a team that actively supports clinical growth — including postgraduate certificates.

Your Role Will Include
  • Providing high-standard inpatient and outpatient care, including advanced cases

  • Monitoring anaesthetics across a wide range of surgeries (including orthopaedic, soft tissue, and dental)

  • Running and developing nurse-led clinics — from preventative healthcare to post-op checks

  • Assisting with diagnostics including DR X-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, and in-house lab work

  • Supporting emergency and critical care cases during OOH shifts

  • Collaborating with a large veterinary team, trainee nurses, and support staff to deliver gold-standard care
