An established first opinion GP practice in the heart of Northwest London is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join their team on a part-time, fixed term contract. This exciting opportunity has arisen as one of their valued RVNs begins their parenting adventure later this year.

About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed term position, averaging 22 hours per week across three days, with flexibility on scheduling (although Tuesday availability is essential). The role also includes participation in a 1:4 Saturday morning rotation.

This opportunity would suit an RVN looking to step away from full-time locum work and enjoy the stability and benefits of a permanent role, without making a long-term commitment. With part-time hours, it also offers the perfect balance for pursuing personal hobbies, volunteering, or picking up occasional locum shifts elsewhere.

Why Join This Practice?

The practice offers a welcoming and supportive environment, with a generous consult room that opens directly into a garden, plus an open prep area, kennels, and theatre facilities. The successful candidate will be working alongside an experienced and supportive team, including long-standing vet Joanne, a dedicated RVN team, and trainee nurses who pride themselves on teamwork and camaraderie.

Patients benefit from seamless support via the practice’s sister 24-hour Veterinary Hospital in Northolt, ensuring excellent OOH and specialist care when needed. The team is further supported by an experienced regional manager.
