Responsibilities

• Provide in-clinic support for implementation, adoption and utilisation of Zoetis Point of Care diagnostics and UK reference lab.
• Deliver a gold-standard onboarding process for new Zoetis Diagnostics customers.
• Build relationships within an assigned territory to achieve Zoetis and customer goals using Solution Selling.
• Assist clinics with pre- and post-installation training, operation, applications and education.
• Provide remote and on-site problem-solving with home-based technical support teams.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximise value across the Zoetis portfolio.
