Veterinary Client Care Coordinator

Location: Linnaeus Cromwell Vets, Huntingdon | Type: Full-time | Posted: Yesterday | Requisition ID: R-211515

Cromwell Vets is seeking an experienced and professional Client Care Coordinator to join our team at the Huntingdon branch. This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours over 4 days, including 1 in 4 weekends.

The main purpose of this position is to provide excellent service to our clients and visitors as a key member of the Client Care team.

  • Arranging appointments
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Performing clerical duties related to animal patient care and treatment
  • Facilitating effective communication between clients, veterinary surgeons, nursing staff, and the practice manager

Our client care coordinators are the first impression of our practice, maintaining professionalism, courtesy, and calmness at all times. They ensure clients feel confident and at ease, especially if they are worried or anxious.

This role requires practical knowledge of our practice’s organization and services, understanding regulations regarding visitors, animal treatment, emergency recognition, and veterinary terminology. Processing insurance claims may also be a significant aspect of this role.
