About The Role

Are you a dedicated, quick thinking, highly organised and fast paced kind of individual? Due to growth across our clinics, we are now recruiting for an additional Area Manager to take accountability for the continued excellent care of pets, strive to support our immense teams and help grow our first class surgeries in South-East London.

Our independent surgery teams, incorporating certificate holding vets, high calibre RVN's and customer service ambassadors are in need of an Area Manager to marshal the efficient running of the surgeries, ensuring the pets we treat receive the very best care.

You will have management experience in getting the best from veterinary support teams, be open to new ideas and guidance, as well as introducing your own effective fixes to enhance the smooth running of our surgeries.

There is onsite support of a team of highly experienced industry Directors to ensure your days are full of achievement and progression. This position requires a strong work ethic and to support the care of pets, the hours are varied, which is reflected in the salary, career progression opportunities and the reward we give our teams.

Ideally you will have come from a veterinary background in a similar position however, we will consider experienced former Area or Practice Managers with a desire to achieve high. We are an independent and growing group of passionate veterinary professionals, respecting each other and the pets we treat.

A big nod to customer service approach and the motivation of your support team gives you a distinct advantage in applying for this prestigious position. This is a Full-Time position, and requires you to be on site 5 days a week.
