Job Responsibility:
Medivet Quarrington have an exciting new opportunity for a client care assistant to join the team on a fixed term contract for 3 months for 40 hours per week, within 1 in 3 weekends required.
Quarrington is a well-established practice with an excellent client base and experienced team. Purpose-built, with five consulting rooms, separate dog and cat wards and lovely operating theatres equipped with the latest technology we are working towards it becoming Medivet's dedicated 24-hour centre for the region.
Prior medical/veterinary administration experience will be considered first as a large advantage but not an essential requirement.
This role will be supporting a team of Veterinary Surgeons, Nurses, and Patient Care Assistants.
We believe in exceptional care for both our patients and client. As a Client Care Assistant, you'll use your excellent customer service skills to welcome and assist clients before, during and after every visit.
From handling busy telephone lines and arranging appointments to taking payments, entering test results, and ensuring the consult rooms are fully stocked, you'll enjoy a busy and varied front-of-house role.
