• Experienced Vet Surgeon with a surgical bias
• Interest in laparoscopic surgery
• Fantastic location only 30 mins by train to central London

We have an excellent opportunity for a Vet Surgeon to join a small animal hospital in the Brentwood area of Essex.

• Full-time opportunity working 40 hours a week over 4 days, with 1 in 4 weekends on a rota and no OOH.
• Practice is a well-equipped hospital with advanced facilities including CT, MRI, lab machines, video endoscopes, rehabilitation suite, etc.
• Varied caseload including first opinion small animal services and emergency and critical care.
• Role suits an experienced Vet Surgeon with a surgical bias and interest in laparoscopic surgery.
• Ideally, you will be a competent surgeon, able to perform standard emergency procedures, and manage complex medical cases.
• Great opportunity to develop specific interests; certification encouraged and funded.
• Join a 14 Vet team with certificate holders in surgery, orthopaedics, cardiology, exotics, and medicine.
• Fantastic location only 30 mins by train to central London.
• Visa sponsorship is available for this role.

Person Requirements

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
• Registered with the RCVS
• Vet Surgeon with a surgical bias and interest in laparoscopic surgery
