Job description

We are recruiting for a Vet Surgeon to join a growing small animal practice near Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.

Position Details:

• Full-time opportunity working 40 hours a week, including 1 in 3 Saturdays, with no Sundays or OOH.
• Part-time hours also available.
• Facilities include: operating theatre, multiple consult rooms, digital x-ray, isolation unit, separate dog/cat wards, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, laser therapy, and skin lump scanner.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload with a mix of consultations and surgeries.
• Enjoy working as part of a friendly, welcoming, and supportive 3-vet team.
• Work some periods of sole charge.

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine.
• Registered with the RCVS.
• Experienced veterinary surgeon.
• Enjoy working collaboratively and capable of working some sole charge.
