🐾 Veterinary Surgeon | Large Progressive Hospital | Up to £80,000 | 4-Day Week + 1:4 Weekends | No OOH! | Multi Range of Cert Holders

Hours: Full-time (40 hours across 4 days + 1 in 4 weekends)

Salary: Up to £80,000 DOE

Contract: Permanent | Part-time also considered

What You’ll Do

• Manage a diverse and interesting small animal caseload, delivering excellent continuity of care.
• Work alongside a talented multi-vet team, while also gaining confidence in sole charge.
• Make the most of state-of-the-art equipment — including ultrasound, endoscopy, laparoscopy, and dental x-ray.
• Take part in monthly in-house CPD, with full certificate funding and mentorship available.

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
• A genuine interest in developing clinical skills in medicine and/or surgery.
• Excellent communicator with a team-focused, proactive attitude.

• 4-day working week (9-hour shifts) = great work-life balance!
• 1 in 4 weekends
• No out-of-hours dedicated night team has it covered.
