Permanent Veterinary Surgeon Opportunity – Independent Practice, Lincolnshire

We’re currently supporting a long-established, independently owned small animal practice in the East Midlands that’s on the lookout for a full-time Veterinary Surgeon to join their friendly and experienced team.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a supportive, single-site practice known for its continuity of care, loyal client base, and emphasis on work-life balance.

About the Role:

  • General first-opinion practice with a varied caseload (medical, surgical, and routine preventative care).
  • Mixture of consults and theatre work, with clinical freedom and no sales targets.
  • Shared 1:6 OOH rota, always supported by a nurse and an experienced vet available for backup.
  • Structured rota with a balance of early/late shifts and set days off to aid with personal commitments outside of work.

Practice Highlights:

  • Highly experienced team including Vets, RVNs, and support staff to include referral-standard orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeons.
  • Full in-house diagnostics: Idexx lab suite, digital X-ray, ultrasound.
