Job description

We are recruiting for a Registered Vet Nurse to join the team at a small animal veterinary practice in the Middlesbrough area of North Yorkshire

Role

• excellent full time permanent opportunity working 4 days a week with 1 in 6 Saturday mornings on a rota and no Sundays, no OOH
• practice is currently undergoing huge investment with a full refurbishment to include the addition of a dedicated nurse consulting room, a state-of-the-art dental X-ray suite, and a brand-new reception area etc.
• caseload is a a wide variety of interesting medical and surgical cases
• role offers a great opportunity to use nursing skills to the full; admitting patients, monitoring anaesthetics, recovering, and discharging patients, nursing clinics, anaesthesia, radiology, laboratory work and schedule 3 procedures etc.
• join a welcoming, supportive and friendly team of 3 Vets and5 RVNs
• CPD funding including funded Certificates and RCVS, BVNA, VDS fees paid
• well located with great transport links and the vibrant city of Middlesbrough on the doorstep as well as the North York Moors and beaches for outdoors rural life!
  
  

Requirements:

• Qualified Vet Nurse
• Registered with RCVS
• good general small animal nursing skills.
  
  

Salary package:

• Salary to £30,000.00 per annum to reflect your experience
