The ideal candidate is reliable, team-oriented and keen to develop within a veterinary environment, bringing a caring approach and good communication with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage tasks in a busy environment.
• Proactive attitude to learning and development.
• Experience of working with animals in clinical or non-clinical settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and comfortable patient areas and assist with patient care.
• Feed and exercise animals; assist with patient handling and restraint.
• Prepare clinical areas and equipment; support the wider team with housekeeping duties.
• Assist with reception duties: greet clients, answer calls, and manage appointments.
• Provide warm, professional service to pet owners.
