An experienced Grower with an eye for details

  • Responsible for managing the crops.
  • Work closely with a team of growers using innovative technology.
  • Train, supervise, and coordinate employees and incentive programs to increase labor efficiency.
  • Determine resource requirements (personnel, raw materials, etc.) and ensure timely procurement within budgets.
  • Plan and supervise maintenance work and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Ensure product quality, food safety, biological integrity, and employee safety.
  • Monitor crop progress, act preventively on deviations, and optimize processes.
  • Report to the CEO and owner.

Sustainable and solution-oriented thinking and working methods

Job requirements
  • MBO+ / HBO working and thinking level.
  • Extensive experience in a similar horticulture position.
  • Experience with certifications, preferably in organic cultivation.
  • Experience leading diverse cultures.
  • Some technical knowledge or interest in packaging/sorting machines.
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish skills are a plus but not required.
