An experienced Grower with an eye for details

  1. Responsible for managing the crops.
  2. You will work closely together in a team of growers with innovative technology.
  3. You will train, supervise and coordinate the activities of employees and the incentive program to increase labor efficiency.
  4. You determine the quantities of resources required (personnel, raw materials, etc.) and ensure timely and efficient procurement and compliance with budgets.
  5. You plan and supervise maintenance work and solve problems with equipment.
  6. You ensure the quality, food safety and biological integrity of our products and the safety of employees.
  7. You closely monitor and follow the progress of the crops and act preventively in case of deviations and optimize the processes.
  8. You report to the CEO and owner.

Sustainable and solution-oriented thinking and working method

Job requirements

  1. MBO+ / HBO working and thinking level.
  2. Extensive experience in a similar position in horticulture.
  3. Experience with certifications and preferably in organic cultivation.
  4. Experience leading diverse cultures.
  5. Some technical knowledge or interest in (packaging/sorting) machines.
  6. You master the English language in word and writing and speaking Spanish is convenient, not required.
