A major, high rise, twin tower residential and hotel project located on the riverside at Vauxhall in the centre of London. Working for a Chinese client alongside international architects Kohn Pederson Fox Associates, this is our client’s first development outside China and one of the highest profile projects in the country.

  • Be computer literate, suitably skilled in the use of CAD software (ideally in AutoDesk AutoCAD, Revit); experience of DigiPara lift design software would be a distinct advantage. You'll have familiarity with a broad range of vertical transportation equipment, technical specifications and current codes and standards.
  • Have a good knowledge of Elevate traffic analysis software (not essential but advantageous).
  • Have the ability to communicate in a fluent and positive manner with Clients, design teams other team members and to produce reports in clear English.
  • Be a strong, clear and confident communicator who is able to project a professional image to clients and colleagues at all times. You'll be able to work collaboratively with others to form strong positive working relationships and be able to demonstrate pride in work through accurate, timely delivery.
