Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, grounds work, or multi-trade roles.
• Confident diagnosing and resolving issues independently.
• Strong awareness of health & safety and safe working practices.
• Good communication skills and a positive, helpful approach.
• Full UK driving licence (travel across Kent & Surrey).

Responsibilities

• Reactive maintenance — attending and resolving issues reported by tenants, residents, or clients.
• Planned works — completing scheduled maintenance, minor refurbishments, and small project works.
• Health & safety compliance — ensuring all work meets regulatory and organisational standards.
• Workload management — organising materials, tools, and job sheets effectively.
• Customer service — providing a respectful, supportive service to residents, including veterans and vulnerable individuals.
