Job summary

BMSL Group Ltd. is seeking a skilled Handyman for projects across Reading and surrounding areas. You will undertake a broad range of maintenance and repair tasks with pride in high-quality workmanship and customer service.

The role involves general maintenance across residential and commercial properties, with opportunities for overtime and career progression. A reliable, proactive approach and CSCS card are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous handyman or general maintenance experience.
• Good all-round practical skills across multiple trades.
• Must have a valid CSCS Card.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Reliable, punctual and professional with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general maintenance and repair work on residential and commercial properties.
• Completing basic plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, and minor electrical tasks where competent.
• Installing fixtures, fittings and furniture.
• Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently.
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organized work area.
• Following all health and safety procedures on site.
