Qualifications

• Previous chef experience (CDP level and above preferred, but all levels considered).
• A passion for food and high standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• DBS check required for some roles (we can process this if you don't have one).
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes
• Managing your own section or assisting within a busy kitchen brigade
• Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained
• Supporting with menu preparation and stock controlMaintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
