A leading engineering firm is seeking a Team Leader - Verification & Validation to oversee compliance for customer projects. The Rolls-Royce SMR, Development Engineering Function has four capability areas: Research & Technology, Verification and Validation, Test and Commissioning.
Reporting to the Manager - Verification & Validation, the Team Leader - Verification & Validation (EC&I) is accountable for leading and delivering V&V for one or more aspects of customer project. The Team Leader will be responsible for limited management authority for a small team of Engineers, including setting performance objectives and conducting performance reviews.

Each Rolls-Royce SMR power station will have the capacity to generate 470MW of low carbon energy, equivalent to more than 150 onshore wind turbines and enough to power a million homes. It will provide consistent baseload generation for at least 60 years, helping to support the roll out of renewable generation and overcome intermittency issues.
