More about the role:

Levy UK is the official catering partner to Chelsea Football Club, managing catering across Stamford Bridge, Cobham training facilities, and Kingsmeadow Women's Stadium.

We cater for approximately 1.15 million fans annually, providing services across multiple outlets and hosting numerous events.

Scope of Role:
  • Lead culinary operations in Chelsea FC’s premium area, the Rose & Ball
  • Oversee food production, menu development, stock management, and equipment inventory
  • Manage and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff
Operations:
  • Collaborate on seasonal menus with the culinary team, emphasizing British and international cuisine
  • Ensure high standards of quality, taste, and presentation
  • Control costs, manage inventory, and minimize waste
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
