We have a brand new opportunity for a Sales Manager to lead a sales team and drive revenue for a prestigious corporate events venue in London.

The Company

This well-established venue in the City of London hosts a wide range of large-scale events for corporate clients, including conferences, gala dinners, meetings, and celebrations. With a selection of stunning rooms and exquisite views, they have a loyal client base that chooses them year after year. With large event spaces for up to 600 people, this venue offers a unique opportunity for a Sales Manager.

The role

We are recruiting a Sales Manager to lead a team of Venue Sales Executives and develop the sales strategy. The role reports directly to the General Manager and involves proactive and reactive sales, managing team pipelines, and ensuring targets are met. Networking within the industry and organizing venue showcases will be key responsibilities.

About you

We seek candidates with proven experience in proactive and reactive sales, ideally from an events venue, hotel, or hospitality background, with experience in team management and sales target setting. A strong understanding of venues and MICE space sales, along with a good network of clients and agents, is essential. You should be highly self-motivated and an excellent leader to drive both your own and your team's targets.
